Justice Involved and Personal Injury Care

Serving those who are Justice Involved

One of the most important, but often overlooked populations who suffer from TBI are those that are Justice Involved.  Research has indicated that 25%- 87% of Justice Involved individuals report a history of brain injury, compared to just 8.5% of the general population.  Many of these individuals affected by brain injury have never had formal therapy for their injuries. TBI can stand in the way of an individual understanding and participating in their court case as well as reducing their risk of recidivism.  At The Loom Connection we work with attorneys, parole officers, and social workers to provide functional and appropriate care for this population to move from some of their darkest days to thriving in the general pollution.

Serving those affected by Personal Injury

A "concussion" after an auto accident or work place incident may seem like no big deal, however these are actually mild to moderate TBIs and can completely change the life of the individual.  The Loom Connection works with legal teams to provide back to work/life services.
